About Somebody Cares
High Plains

Somebody Cares High Plains is a community-driven nonprofit dedicated to strengthening rural communities through compassion, collaboration, and service. We bring together churches, nonprofits, businesses, volunteers, and local leaders to connect resources with people who need them most.
Our work is centered on meeting practical needs and building lasting relationships. From supporting single mothers, widows, children, and individuals to equipping students with school supplies, assisting nursing homes, responding to disasters, and partnering with local organizations, we believe every act of kindness has the power to create lasting change.
Rather than working alone, we partner with organizations already making a difference throughout the High Plains. By sharing resources, mobilizing volunteers, and working together, we can reach more people and strengthen the communities we call home.
At Somebody Cares High Plains, we believe that when communities come together, hope grows, needs are met, and lives are changed.

Community partnerships make a lasting impact. Together with Joseph's House in McLean, we've served more than 750 students across eight rural schools.
Serving Rural Communities. Strengthening Communities. Together.
