Nursing Home Outreach
Providing new clothing and support to local nursing home residents who have limited access to essential personal items.
Somebody Cares High Plains partnered with local nursing home leaders to help meet a practical need among residents in our community. Through this outreach, we were able to provide new T-shirts for residents across multiple nursing homes, giving individuals access to fresh clothing and items they may not have otherwise had.
Many residents face challenges having adequate changes of clothing, and this simple act of care brought encouragement, dignity, and support. Along with these facilities, we were able to extend the same support to five additional nursing homes, blessing residents and reminding them they are valued and cared for.
